Brand Marketing Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Brand Marketing Manager to join the Refine Labs team.

As part of the Refine Labs marketing team, you will be responsible for building the Refine Labs brand and generating new demand for our services. You will lead execution of brand marketing activities, producing video, audio, and written content, working closely with our Videographer and managing external partners. Specifically, you will become the main producer of the State of Demand Gen podcast, which has 15,000+ subscribers and is one of the top marketing podcasts in the world.

You’re a great fit for the role if you want to grow your marketing skills and career, with a heavy focus on digital, content, and organic social. We’re looking for someone that loves creating and distributing content. You will need to be a good writer (according to social media, not your high school English teacher). You’ll also need to be an organized self-starter who can manage deadlines.

Salary for this role is $85K.

What you'll do at Refine Labs
  • Brand Marketing / Demand Generation: 
    • Own the execution of Refine Labs brand marketing & demand generation campaigns, including podcast, video, social, email, website content and events. 
    • Manage the State of Demand Gen podcast, which has over 15,000 subscribers and publishes 3 new episodes every week
    • Manage the Refine Labs LinkedIn page, which has over 12,000 followers
  • Content Production: 
    • Produce content at scale by working with our internal team and network of video, graphic design, and web resources. 
    • Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
  • Digital Marketing and Automation: 
    • Implement, monitor, and optimize marketing automation programs that support our core thesis of buyer-centric marketing.
You Need
  • 2+ years experience in a Marketing role
  • Proven experience creating and distributing content via organic channels such as social media, podcasting, or YouTube
  • Strong copywriting skills, including the ability to write in a brand voice
  • Creativity, out of the box thinking
  • Eagerness to innovate and experiment on new and existing channels 
  • Organized, with strong attention to detail; comfortable managing to deadlines 
  • Empathy – for our team and our partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
