We are transforming the B2B marketing industry with our proprietary growth framework, Pipe, and industry-leading team. 
As a Talent Advisor for Refine Labs, you’ll be responsible for hiring the exceptional Creative Talent (Senior Copywriters, Senior Graphic Designers, Art Directors, and Creative Directors) that will elevate the company and help us shape the future. Reporting to the Vice President of People, you will help to own and drive forth recruiting efforts, as well as work to build and embody the culture of Refine Labs throughout the candidate experience. 
Target salary is $100,000; Target start date is January 3rd.
What you'll do at Refine Labs
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Primarily recruiting for creative talent: Senior Copywriters, Senior Graphic Designers, Art Directors, and Creative Directors
  • Proactively source candidates through a variety of methods, building a consistent pipeline of talent for high priority and hard-to-fill positions 
  • Develop a deep understanding of Refine Lab’s culture, product and strategic direction, and use this knowledge to write effective job descriptions, build recruitment strategies and craft compelling messages to potential candidates
  • Communicate effectively with internal collaborators and stakeholders to ensure alignment on the specifications of each role and their requirements of each interview process 
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop/execute sourcing and recruiting plans 
  • Ensure high level of data integrity the ATS (Lever) and other tools, as appropriate 
  • Own recruitment reporting for executive team and hiring managers - provide weekly status reports 
  • Participate in project work, process improvement initiatives and other duties as needed 
  • Follow up - Provide feedback to candidates interviewed regarding their interview status. Continue communication and follow-up through the first weeks of employment
  • Collaborating - Collaborate with other members of the People team as well as management for prioritization, feedback, and approvals on requisitions and offers
  • Take action! - Find your passion project! Glassdoor? Diversity and inclusion? Recruitment Marketing? Continuous improvement? Sourcing strategies?
You Need
  • You have a high energy level, a strong sense of urgency and a passion for what you do that is surpassed only by your ethical approach to the business
  • 3+ years of creative recruiting experience (Senior Copywriters, Senior Graphic Designers, Art Directors, and Creative Directors)
  • 1+ years of agency recruiting experience
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues - specifically for active and passive candidate selection
  • Experience in high volume recruitment for an early stage organization 
  • A mature, positive, deliberate and focused attitude 
  • Flexibility to work effectively on a variety of roles
  • Emotional intelligence to consult, influence, and advise both talent and hiring managers at a senior level 
  • Team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
