Includes designing appropriate career pathing for the business balancing company needs and employee growth potential while creating an effective feedback process between managers and direct reports.
Employee experience and culture: Driver of our entire employee experience in a 100% remote setting. Own planning on annual team offsite, weekly team meetings and designing additional programming to keep the employees engaged and creating the conditions for our team to do the best work of their lives.
